Special thanks to all at the Freeman Road Hospital who cared for Michael, to Northumbria Police, Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Healthcare Trust and Lintonville Medical Group for their support. Also to Father John Cooper and Jacob Conroy & Son Funeral Directors for their help and sensitive approach to funeral arrangements.
